TENDER REQUEST W-2021-2
HIGH STREET WATER TOWER REHABILITATION

Bidders who successfully pre-qualified as approved Contractors for this project on Friday, October 16, 2020 are encouraged to submit a bid on this project that includes internal and external coating replacement, construction of a scaffolding and hoarding structure to encompass the entire Water Tower as well as health and safety, process piping and miscellaneous upgrades to the High Street Water Tower.

Pre-qualified Contractors for this Tender Request are as follows:

  • BGL Contractors Corp.
  • Jacques Daoust Coating Management Inc.
  • Landmark Structures Inc.
  • MacDonald Applicators

Tenders (Bids) from Contractors other than those listed above, will not be accepted.

The work is intended to take place throughout the Spring, Summer and Fall of 2021.

Bidders will be responsible for submitting a compliant bid to be considered for this project.  PUG Services Corp. (PUGSC) intends to award this job to the successful Bidder who can provide the greatest overall value to PUGSC while ensuring successful completion of the project within the allotted timeline.

Pre-qualified Contractors can view the Tender Request at https://peterboroughutilities.bidsandtenders.ca and then register as Plan Takers to download the official documents.

TENDERS will be available for online submission only through the bids&tenders website until 2:00:00 p.m. Local Time, Thursday, February 18, 2021.

PUGSC may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any or all responses to this Tender Request and reserves the right to accept any Tender which it deems to be advantageous, regardless of the price(s) contained in that Tender.
