PREQUALIFICATION REQUEST #2020-23
The Peterborough Utilities Commission (PUC) intends to rehabilitate the High Street Water Tower located in Peterborough, Ontario. Rehabilitation work includes; miscellaneous health and safety upgrades to the Water Tower; both interior and exterior coating replacement; and, given the existing exterior coating contains lead, a full lead abatement as part of the re-coating will be required. Work is slated to commence in the Spring of 2021. The intent of this Prequalification is to gather relative and current information that will allow the PUC to effectively assess your Company’s suitability in providing these services for the PUC. The evaluation process is based on a predetermined set of criteria that will allow an unbiased determination of your Company’s suitability to meet minimum requirements to supply the above-mentioned services. Interested Proponents can view the Prequalification Request at https://peterboroughutilities.bidsandtenders.ca and then register as Plan Takers to download the official documents. PREQUALIFICATIONS will be available for online submission only through the bids&tenders website until 2:00:00 p.m. Local Time, Friday, October 2, 2020. NOTE: An optional site meeting for interested Proponents will be held on Friday, September 25, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the High Street Water Tower located at 1170 High Street, Peterborough, Ontario. Only Proponents that have successfully pre-qualified will be contacted to participate in the subsequent Request for Tender process.
