PUG SERVICES CORP. TENDER REQUEST 2024-13 PUG Services Corp. (PUGSC) is seeking Qualified Contractors for the repair of a slope erosion scarp and installation of slope drains along a section of the embankment southeast of the Riverview Park and Zoo Office and Administration Building. The proposed works include removal of a large fallen tree, clearing of debris, excavation, backfilling, regrading and compaction of the erosion scarp, and restoration of the site. Tentative start date is Monday, October 28, 2024, with all works to be completed by Friday, November 22, 2024. Interested Bidders can view the Tender Request at https://peterboroughutilities.bidsandtenders.ca and then register as Plan Takers to download the official documents. NOTE: An optional site meeting for prospective Proponents will be held on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. commencing at the entrance gates of Riverview Park and Zoo, located at 1300 Water Street North, Peterborough, Ontario. TENDERS will be available for online submission only through the bids&tenders website until 2:00:00 p.m. Local Time, Wednesday, October 16, 2024. PUGSC may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any or all responses to this Tender Request and reserves the right to accept any Tender which it deems to be advantageous, regardless of the price(s) contained in that Tender.
